6. Trading and Transactions

6.1 Order Execution

When you submit a buy or sell order, you authorize us to execute the transaction on your behalf. All orders are subject to market conditions and available liquidity. We do not guarantee that orders will be filled at the exact price displayed at the time of order placement.

6.2 Finality of Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Once a transaction has been broadcast to the relevant blockchain network, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.

6.3 Fees

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration regarding claims related to our Services or these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services. You may withdraw any remaining eligible assets from your account within a reasonable period following termination, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoldeGet is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
